I have a 21 day challenge group starting this Monday, June 26th and here is what you will be getting:

🍴portion control containers (becomes second nature in place of std measuring cups!)

🏋🏼‍♀️Streaming of our library of workout programs, or 8 DVDs if you prefer that

This program is built for busy people. You don't need 1 hour a day or a personal trainer to get an amazing workout. And if you struggle with what to cook everyday, we take the guess work out if it. The day ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN for a reason. They can be destroyed in the kitchen too.
