What can you do in 21 days?

To think that we eat like this on 21 day menu and lose weight or tone our body, it's just amazing. 

This is colorful and food at it's pure form. Not altered. Not heavily dressed (mine has no dressing because there's plenty of flavor already). And I'm in control of how I fuel my body. 

Thanks to my Sugar Detox group I've had no alcohol or sugar for 5 days now 🙌🏻 this morning I think it was 1/2 Sweat 1/2 vacation detox 😂. Whatever - I'll take it.
