Day 46: Cardio Core
After Booty yesterday it feel good to do some cardio today without a lot of weights. You’ll only need Beachbody Strength Slides, Resistance Loops and Energize for this 40-minute workout. If you're not drinking Energize and recover, it's not too late. I like knowing I'm getting the most out of my time and couldn't have done a fingernail more by the end of our 80 days.
SHAKEOLOGY RECIPES: What’s your favorite Shakeology flavor and how do you prepare it? I have a few favorites because I love Vegan Vanilla and Vegan Chocolate, but you can't go wrong with Snickerdoodle. I mean, it has the word Snickers in it, amiright?
