Don’t you love Rest Day?  I do! Church, yoga or stretching and family time.  Bring it on!

After two weeks of Phase 2, I have definitely learned to love my rest days and use them wisely. What are your favorite ways to do your self-care? I’m all about massages and find great deals on Groupon so it's not super costly.

Check out this testimonial from a fellow coach!  She lost ZERO pounds y'all, which some would say is a flop.  But look at her???  I'd say SUCCESS completely.  The scale is not he end all be all.  Plus, you're gaining muscle which weighs more so you might not see the scale swing as much as you'd expect.
