Scrambled Egg and Turkey Breakfast Wrap

We’ve been indulging a lot lately but hopefully keeping the focus high protein and high fiber??? If you’ve been following my FASTer Way to Fat Loss group, I know this is true! If you don’t know what that is, reach out now b/c people are already signed up on my January group! It’s going to be fat blasting for sure!!!

Ingredients:

• 3 large eggs
• 2 oz lean turkey slices (about 2–3 slices)
• 1/4 avocado, sliced
• 1 whole-grain wrap or tortilla
• 1 tbsp vegan shredded cheese (opt)
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Scramble the eggs in a non-stick pan with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Warm the tortilla in a separate pan or microwave, then layer with scrambled eggs, turkey slices, avocado, and cheese (if using).
3. Roll up the tortilla into a wrap and enjoy!

• Protein: 30g
• Carbs: 28g
• Fats: 18g
• Calories: ~400 kcal
