80 Day Obsession combines Timed-Nutrition + advanced 40-60 minute workouts for ultimate results. Timed-Nutirion takes your nutrition to the next level and is geared towards Athletes wanting even more results!! Pre-workout meals should be enjoyed 1-1.5 hours before exercising so you have time to properly digest your food. After your workouts (not recovery / rest day) you should drink Recover within 30 minutes of finishing to properly recover and be ready for an intense workout the next day. This also encourage Muscle Protein Synthesis. Post-workout meals should then follow 1-2 hours post-workout for optimal recovery and re-fueling your body.
