Typically, we think the journey to getting healthy and losing weight is purely physical, but our mind needs JUST as much (or more) training as our body does, to get in shape. These books are a great place to start! My kids’ and I listened to the 31-day podcast from The 5 Second Rule on the way to school and it sparked amazing conversations! Try it; each day is only 3-5 minutes of listening.
