Day 45: Booty
Last week of Phase 2! Anyone else feeling like, wow, where has the time gone? This is our last Booty workout (of this phase), and we’re back to 2 sets of 15 reps. We’ll do each group of exercises two times in a row before moving on so grab heavy weights, Beachbody Resistance Loops, mat, and Energize and let’s do this!
Lets talk music - do you find that music helps you push harder or is it a distraction? I normally like quiet because I have trouble hearing the Super Trainer over music and get distracted and don't feel like I push myself as hard, but when I run or am doing non-weight exercises, I love music. My favorite soundtrack to work out to now is Imagine Dragons. They have good beats that keep me going and forget to watch the time and pray for it to end faster. What's your favorite signer to listen to?
