Day 39: Booty

Whose Booty is starting to look good? #BootyGains My booty idol is J.Lo, and I'm not sure at 40 if that's going to happen, but shoot for the moon right? If you miss, you still land in the stars :) 

This week might feel a little harder than last week. We’re still doing 3 sets of 10 reps, but we are mixing up the order and instead of doing the whole routine all the way through and then repeating, we are doing each set 3 times through and then moving on.  That means we're going to burn out our muscle groups faster during this 60 min sweaty sesh.  Grab your weights, Beachbody Resistance Loops and mat.

MONDAY MOTIVATION: Did anyone else catch that tomorrow is HALF WAY through the program?  We are doing it y'all!!  Today I want you to pause and think about how far you’ve come in these 39 days. Think about the goals you set when you first started and remind yourself why you’re still here and going to FINISH THIS PROGRAM in its entirety!!  Don’t lose sight of those goals now—we’re getting closer!
