Another "cake" option!

Don't you love when you're working out and you hear Autumn say "ah this is a piece of cake, yummmm cake!" so maybe you're in the mood like I am now.  Problem solved.  If you're doing 2B mindset, I would replace the squash with zucchini since you have 2 FFCs in this and only need 1. Or you could leave both and serve it with a side of plain greek yogurt to even out your "plate".  If you have questions about 2B Mindset, let me know. You can do that nutrition plan with 80 Day Obsession and still get great results, but I think you should do either timed nutrition as Autumn lays out, or 2B Mindset, don't try and combine the two. 

Vanilla Fresh shake recipes

Vanilla Fresh is one of our most popular shakes and is completely vegan, so it works for everyone.  Sadly, it's not avail for purchase by itself, but it's a vital part to the 3 Day Refresh.   I love it with just water and shaken very well, but some prefer drinking it with their fruit serving from lunch, or add extra 'free' seasonings.  Check these out to add some variety to your day! Day 1 of 3 on Refresh

Day 1 of 3 day refresh - breakfast and dinner, and plenty of yummy food for snacks and lunch too.  Dinner also includes a Vanilla Fresh shake, but I ate fast because we were on the run and didn't get a picture.  We eat whole foods even though our bodies are detoxing and we are not starving.  So crazy to think of on a cleanse, right?!?

I'm not complaining, I feel thankful, but 86 days of vacation was total over indulgence and I do not feel, or look, like myself. I'm excited to get back on track with healthy habits, stop snacking on my kids food (sorry boys), not eating out 3 times/day (saving time, money and empty calories) and eating when I'm not hungry.

This cleanse is long enough you make real changes and see what your triggers are, but short enough it's doable for anyone!! Side perk, most lose 3-6 pounds!! I will not object to that right now!

I usually wait for challenge groups to do this program because it's more fun with community, and easier to stay on track, but Day 1 of returning to Australia and I'm seriously looking forward to this before I start Shift Shop with Travis next week. I'll run a 3 day refresh group in August after school starts so contact me now to get your kit!! We already have over 20 ladies ready to get back on track and you do not want to be left behind!!

Don't bother with liquid diets or juice cleanses which aren't sustainable; JOIN ME and feel better and lose some unwelcome weight along the way!!!

They have these outdoor fitness things all over Brisbane so after a mean hour game of tag, we tried it out. 

On another subject, if you partied it up for the 4th of July, join me for 3-day refresh next week. It will lead right into Shift Shop and these 2 together will have you finishing July much different than you started it. Beachbody and I guarantee it!!! 

You'll have no one to thank but yourself! Hard work pays off and the only difference between FIT and FAT is "I". I just saw that poster and said "🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻" I'll have this gut check very very soon!!
